Session/Travel Share Link Issues
Use this checklist when share links fail to open or shared data is partially missing.
Symptoms
- Shared link shows invalid or expired token message.
- Location, battery, or timeline fields are missing in shared view.
- Session ID based queries fail on shared pages.
Possible Causes
- Share token was copied incorrectly or URL was truncated.
- Requested session is outside the shared range.
- Address/location metadata is still being populated.
Immediate Actions
- Create a new share link in app and resend it.
- Regenerate share with a narrower start/end range.
- If session ID is required, paste the full value exactly.
If It Still Fails
- Share link path, failure timestamp, and which fields were missing (location/battery/address).
