Vehicle Missing from List
Most cases are account mismatch or failed vehicle synchronization.
Symptoms
- Only some vehicles are missing.
- Vehicle disappeared after reinstall.
Possible Causes
- Signed in with a different account.
- Vehicle sync failed.
Immediate Actions
- Check Tesla app account email first.
- Verify it matches DR.EV linked account.
- Run manual vehicle sync.
If It Still Fails
- Share last 6 digits of VIN and linked email.
