Pro Activation Not Applied
Even after payment, activation can fail when vehicle/account targeting conditions are not met.
Symptoms
- Payment succeeded but Pro features stay locked.
- Activation works on one vehicle but fails on another.
- Vehicle/lifetime activation returns an error.
Possible Causes
- Wrong target vehicle was selected for activation.
- Entitlement refresh is delayed on the account.
- Duplicate activation was attempted for same vehicle/account state.
Immediate Actions
- Confirm payment account matches current signed-in account.
- Run vehicle sync and purchase refresh again.
- Re-select the target vehicle and retry activation.
If It Still Fails
- Provide payment time, receipt details, target VIN, and current account email.
