Pro Activation Not Applied

Even after payment, activation can fail when vehicle/account targeting conditions are not met.

Symptoms

  • Payment succeeded but Pro features stay locked.
  • Activation works on one vehicle but fails on another.
  • Vehicle/lifetime activation returns an error.

Possible Causes

  • Wrong target vehicle was selected for activation.
  • Entitlement refresh is delayed on the account.
  • Duplicate activation was attempted for same vehicle/account state.

Immediate Actions

  • Confirm payment account matches current signed-in account.
  • Run vehicle sync and purchase refresh again.
  • Re-select the target vehicle and retry activation.

If It Still Fails

  • Provide payment time, receipt details, target VIN, and current account email.
